Ceremony Begins

Join us at Rowan Robinson park for our wedding ceremony. We kindly ask that you arrive prior to this time.

Cocktail Hour

You may head to the Kingscliff Hotel where refreshments can be purchased, or feel free to enjoy a walk along the beach.

Reception Opens

The reception venue opens upstairs at Babalou with a drink provided on arrival.

Seated Dinner Commences

You are invited to find your seat for the commencement of the seated meals.

Cutting of the Cake

Gather around for the cutting of the new Bride and Groom's cake.

Closing Time!

Celebrate the departure of the newlyweds!

FAQs

What date should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by the 3rd of August 2025.

Courtesy Bus Service

The Kingscliff Hotel allows use of their courtesy bus for return, available for guests staying between Fingal Head and Cabarita, however spaces are limited. This can be organised on the night from the hotel downstairs.

Since the courtesy bus service doesn't begin until 5 PM, guests will need to arrange their own transport to the venue for the ceremony at 2:30 PM. We recommend carpooling or using rideshare services.

Are plus ones allowed?

Unfortunately we can not cater for plus ones. Only those whom invitiations are addressed to may attend.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will need to step on grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What should I wear?

The dress code is formal, black attire. We encourage you to dress to impress!

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony will begin at 2:30 PM. Please allow extra time for parking and finding seats.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes, there will be a full dinner and a bar tab at the reception, which starts at 6pm.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.
